Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
Gas, electricity and water consumptions are not included

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 50 euros may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
