This warm private chalet is a great family getaway. With all the comforts of home but none of the chores. Great ski in/ski out access and quiet evenings by the fire or in the private hot tub. High ceilings in the living area give a feeling of spaciousness while the wood floors and beams make it very cozy and inviting.

The view from this unit is of snow covered hills and trees. You can watch for your friends and family coming down for lunch or a nice soak in the hot tub.
More Information
The heat in our unit is controlled by thermostats in each room. We request for the sake of the environment (and our heating bills) that you please reset them to 10 degrees Celsius before departure. Thanks for being environmentally friendly. Please note that internet access is only available through the wireless network (no hardwired port) and you'd need your own computer.

To get back to your chalet, take Serwa's ski run and take the first trail marked Snow Pines which drops you off right across the street from the unit.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). The walk to the village is a pleasant 20 minutes by a lighted trail. The drive or shuttle to the village takes about 5 minutes. Major shopping can be done in Kelowna, about 45 minutes away.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
