    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    Payments may be made via credit card over the telephone. Guests are required to fax a copy of their drivers license and credit card to (818) 475-5336 for identification verification as well as for security deposit.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
