We have 4 wood captain's chairs around the dining table and lots of extra chairs on the sun porch. (We will soon be taking a new picture showing the chairs.)

Bed Summary

Bedroom

2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4). This bedroom has lovely mountain views and has a large closet plus a color TV and VCR.

Living Room

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. Lovely, newer sofabed in living room.

Master Bedroom

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has an attached bath and there is a lovely mountain view, TV and VCR.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and one basin.

More Information

Large living room with new TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, CD player. The fireplace is a cozy insert fireplace which gives out great heat and a wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful sun room overlooking the spacious, fenced yard. There are two bedrooms upstairs, a partial bath in the Master Bedroom and both bedrooms have Color TV's and VCR'S.

• This property is one mile from the Big Bear airport .
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The golf course is 10 minutes away and is a 9 hole course. It is closed during the winter months.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). The drive to or from the ski lifts or runs is less than 10 minutes. Big Bear boasts 2 ski resorts - Bear Mountain Ski Resort, and Snow Summit.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Shopping, dining and ski slopes are about 10 minutes from the cabin.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. Big Bear Lake is about a 10 minute drive and Lake Arrowhead is about 1/2 hour drive. Big Bear has a beautiful lake with boat rentals, charters, great fishing, parasailing, lake tours, water skiing, marina, launch ramp, waverunners and more.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 1 years old stay free.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
