Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
A maximum of 3 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $200 will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of (Please Inquire).
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
