Please come and enjoy our Hideaway. Bear Mountain Hideaway is a serene and peaceful 2 bedroom, 1 bath woodsy gambrel cabin located on a quiet tree-filled area in Moonridge. This home is an easy 5-7 minute walk to Bear Mtn ski slopes, Moonridge Zoo and the golf course. Beautifully decorated and furnished with beautiful T&G Cedar, big beams, and a large stone fireplace provide for a warm, “cabin-in-the-woods” atmosphere. There is a spa on the private/screened back deck with a gas barbecue and picnic table. Parking is flat, only 4 steps above the cozy private forest front yard and front entry.

Bed Summary
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The Master Bedroom is upstairs in the front of the cabin with a large window with a view of the cabin's own little private forest. It has a large pine-log Queen bed with matching end tables and 6-drawer dresser. Cozy comforters and down quilts are provided. The Pine T&G siding and large Pine beams provide for a warm and traditional cabin-in-the-woods atmosphere. A TV with DVD and VCR allow for private time. Alarm clock and phone are at the bedside.
Bedroom
2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). The second bedroom is upstairs in the back of the cabin and has two matching twin beds with quilts and down comforters. A view of the back deck and woods is wide open. A small TV and DVD/VCR is provided for the kids to watch their own "stuff." Closet and dresser.
Living Room
1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2).

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
View
A HUGE pine tree stands at the end of the driveway. The lot has 5 more beautiful large pine trees. The street is extremely quiet and filled with huge trees. And the cabin is just far enough off of Clubview to not get the snow chain and shuttle traffic noise.

• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Out the door, turn left...walk about 50 yards to Clubview, turn right and walk up Clubview about 150 yards to Bear Mtn Resort. It is a 5-7 minute walk up and a 4-5 minute walk back to the cabin.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Vons, K-Mart and Stater Brothers are ~ a 5 minute drive. Snow Summit is about the same. The Village is about a 10-12 minute drive.
• Nearby Attractions: The golf course club house and Bear Mtn resort are a 5-7 minute easy walk gently uphill from the cabin. The Big Bear Zoo with native critters; Bears, Coyotes, Racoons, etc., is just a few minutes walk beyond Bear Mtn Resort. Big Bear Lake is just down the hill about 10-15 minutes away. Swim, boat or fish all around the 7 mile long lake.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $200 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of (ask).
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
