Great view to mountains, and convenient access to Big Bear city park or take a hike, House comes with security armed alarm.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Walk to a small store or drive, for about 5 to 10 mins to Kmart, Vons, etc..
• Lake is located within a 3 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is steep, drops off immediately. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock. Just take a few steps and you are there.
• Nearby Attractions: You can walk or drive to end of lake to fishing etc... we are about 1 mile from lake
All of the rent is required (15 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
