The Kitchen, Dining room & Living areas are all open to each other for total family interaction. Porch Swing, large front and back yard; kid friendly; culdesac. The fireplace is to die for! Very Very Clean cabin! TVs in each room!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size. A deposit of 300 will apply. A fee of 50 per pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
