This Cabin is Awesome at a Great Value!

Approx. 2600 sq. ft. house in Moonridge w/fantastic views of slopes, sleeps up to 16 people in beds, however we can only rent to 14 people total. Total of 10 beds for the singles who want their own bed. You can sleep up to 3 people on couches as well. Parking is 4 cars. No off street parking available. Lay down on one of 2 large couches in living room and watch skiers/snowboarders at Bear Mountain. Watch your favorite DVD on the 60" TV and enjoy a cozy fire. Game room boasts a pool table, ping pong, Foosball, couch, refrigerator and music.

Living Room
1 Queen Pull Out (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Couch (sleeps 2). Giant couch (you may be able to sleep 2 on there!)
Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains from this large master suite. Features own private bath and walk in closet, as well as a pottery barn table and chairs to play games. There is also a TV and VCR in this room.
Bedroom
2 Queen Beds (sleeps 4) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). This room is very large. There is still plenty of room even with the air mattress between the beds. There is a bench in here for reading and a TV/VCR

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Distances
• Palm Springs Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. Big Bear City has an airport as well which is 10 minutes away.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s).
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It literally takes less than 5 minutes to walk to the resort and only 30 seconds to drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). You can walk to the village, but it will take at least 15-20 minutes. Driving recommend if it's chillier out. It's about a 10 minute walk to a couple of restaurants from the cabin.
• Lake is located within a 20 minute(s) walk. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. Big Bear Lake is close by but not within walking distance. The drive is just a few minutes away. There is a beach at the lake very near by.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
Personal checks are accepted if reservation is at least 4 weeks prior to rental.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of $300 per pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
