1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Roll Away (sleeps 1). This is the 'bunk-room'. Extra "Roll Away" is either kept in closet in upstairs bedroom or found in downstairs 'bunk-room'.

1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Downstairs. "L shaped" sofa/lounge has fold out double hide-a-bed that can sleep 2.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

View

Unit from front driveway area looks out at ski area, usually lit up in winter. From in the house, you have a view of many pine trees and mountains. It is a residential area, many houses around you, but at the same time you will appreciate the breezes and understand how the neighborhood came to be known as 'Whispering Forest'.

• Big Bear Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. For nearest commercial airport, Ontario or Palm Springs, about 1 hour away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Two ski areas: Bear Mountain (2.5 miles away) and Snow Summit (3 miles). The former is a strong area for snow boarders, the latter being the larger ski resort.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). Plenty of eateries in both Big Bear City and Big Bear Lake village and places in between. Great Oriental food at the Big Bear Airport or at Pong's, on your way to the village. Chain food establishments plentiful: IHOP, Sizzler, Denny's, McDonalds, Carls Jr, etc.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
There is a minimum 10% fee on all cancellations (minimum charge of $20.00). Cancellation requests must be received thirty days prior to the stay (forty-five days for holiday stays). Anything less than this time forfeits full deposit. All effort will be made to re-rent unit and if can be done, the reservation will be refunded less the prorated amount for any days not rented and a fifty dollar cancellation fee.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
