Hello, we invite you to our beautiful, new (2007) log cabin nestled at the base of Snow Summit ski resort. Take a 1 minute walk to the lifts ski/snowboard all day and come back to our deluxe jacuzzi which is always kept over 100 degrees. You will love the mountain décor and feel you are thousands of miles away from the busy Southern California lifestyle. Our Log home is a short distance from the entertaining Big Bear Village where you will find restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. If you are into pool, we have a full sized pool table in our loft as well.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 3 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $200 will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of ask.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
