Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation by the renter, he or she shall have right to a full reimbursement (deposit+stay), minus 20% for administrative fees, if the owner is able to rent the property for the same rental period. However, the renter shall have no right to reimbursement if the owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period. Furthermore, no credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures. We strongly recommend to purchase a travel insurance, in case your plans change or cannot travel. Last Minute Specials: Discount of nightly rate by 10% if the rental is still vacant and the booking date is within 15 days of the arrival dates.

Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
