    There is a panoramic ocean view from the lanai looking west over the condominium development below and northward to Kona. Fantastic sunsets, whales in season, and the occasional pod of dolphins can be seen from here; bring your binoculars! There is a similar view from the master suite. The entry lanai and dining nook look up to Mt. Hualalai in the east over a native vegetative undeveloped acreage. Perfect for breakfast viewing!

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal
    Candian funds welcome and accepted at par.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Deposit less cost of service+10% may be provided.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
