Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 250) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed and children under 12 years old stay free.
Check in after 3:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 200.00.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
