There is a lanai. The complex has an ocean view swimming pool. It is 2 hours and 25 minutes drive to Volcanoes National Park. Water activities in the area (most leave from either the Kailua Pier or the Keauhou Harbor) include self-piloted pontoon boat rentals, sailing and snorkeling cruises, glass bottom boat adventure cruises, 24' zodiac raft trips to Captain Cooks monument, and whale watching cruises.

Distances

Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The Kona Country Club golf course is located approximately an 8 minute drive away from the complex, and has 36 championship holes, pro shop, driving range, restaurant and lounge. There are other golf courses to the north, and a course at the Volcano Golf and Country Club, which at 4,000 feet is the highest course in Hawaii.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Oceanfront. Located on Ali'i Drive, midway between plentiful shopping and dining in Kailua, and the Keauhou Shopping Centre (which has a total of 40 stores and restaurants, including a large grocery store, and a cinema). The restaurant located nearest the complex is 'Jameson's by the Sea', a fine dining restaurant which is a mile and a half away
The nearest beach is White Sand Beach Park (aka Magic Sands), approximately a 10 minute walk. Slightly further is Kahalu'u Beach Park, a renowned snorkeling beach. This is popular spot to surf and snorkel; it is frequented by turtles, and has a sheltered access for novice snorkelers.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

All reservations subject to a 20% (twenty percent) cancellation fee
