1 King Bed. Master Bedroom Suite has private enclosed bathroom. The main area has king size bed with attached 3-sided glass sunroom which overlooks Big Sky Resort. Large walk in closet and a second storage closet are in the master bedroom.

1 Queen Bed and 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed.
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed. Cozy bear theme. Across the hall from hot tub and next to the 2nd bathroom. Full dresser and closet.
Den
1 Double Futon Bed. This is a sunroom with a futon sofa which folds out into a double bed. Additional roll away double bed is in master bedroom closet. Ideal for 2 small children or one adult.
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
View
The condominium sits high above resort street level offering panoramic views of Big Sky Ski & Summer Resort, Spanish Peaks and Lone Mountain. The Owner feels that it is the best view at the resort. Evening fireworks at the resort are spectacular from the unit.

More Information
This unit offers a spacious open floor plan with 2 adjacent living room areas, with large dining room table in between. The deck off the main living room offers spectacular panoramic view of the entire Big Sky Resort and Lone Peak Mountain. Rock fire place has wood provided. A gas BBQ is located one level down. Access to health club, outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs is also available.

• The Bozeman airport is approximately 45 miles from Big Sky Resort.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). An 18-hole golf course, with shop & dining, is less than 15 minutes drive away (approx. 6 miles)
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). A ski shuttle arrives every 30 minute to take you from the cozy heated garage to the ski lifts (about a 5 minute ride).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are many places to shop or eat at the Mountain Village or you can drive 15 minutes to the Meadow Village, which has more places to shop and eat.
• The unit looks down on a small lake for fishing and canoeing. It takes about 5 minutes to walk down the hill.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
