1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Queen size guest bedroom. Sitting area with chairs, end tables and armoire. Adjoining private bath with double sinks, shower/tub. Door opens to deck and boardwalk to outdoor hot tub spa. Walk in closet. Small TV/VCR.
2 Double Beds (sleeps 4) and 2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Lodgepole bunk bedroom with two lower double beds and two upper twin beds. Upper beds are not suitable for adults. Dresser, closet. Small TV/VCR.
1 Queen Murphy/Wall Bed (sleeps 2). Family room downstairs between guest bedroom and bunk bedroom. Queen size murphy wall bed.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

The view, to the south, is of the road which runs in front of the house and there is an unobstructed view of the ski run directly across the street and views of our neighbors' homes across the road. There is an unobstructed view north where the house is oriented of the mountains and trees and stars. The views to the east and west are of the vacant treed lots next door to us and the mountains and trees and stars.

• Gallatin Field Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive. The airport code is BZN for Bozeman/Gallatin Field Airport. It is a scenic 45 minute drive from the airport and through the beautiful Gallatin National Forest to our front door. In the summer, private jets and small commercial planes can land at the airstrip in West Yellowstone, Montana. It is about a 45 minute scenic drive.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Shuttle. Complimentary shuttle stops at the top of our road and will take you to the steps of the resort, and area hotels, restaurants, shopping, etc. in the mountain village, meadow village and canyon area.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby. 18 hole Arnold Palmer designed golf course is about 6 miles from the house and is about a 10 minute drive.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There is downhill and cross country ski in/out from unit. It is a 10 (to 15 weather permitting) minute walk up to the ski and summer resort base. During the winter, there is a free shuttle which stops at the top of our road and takes you to the ski and summer resort base, the meadow and canyon for shopping and dining. During the winter, you may also ski in and ski out from the house.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). 45 minute drive from the airport. 4 wheel drive vehicle is required or there are private taxi and shuttle services available. During the winter, there is a free shuttle which stops at the top the road and takes you to the ski and summer resort base, the meadow and canyon for shopping and dining.
• Lake is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Lake is located at the top of our road and is an easy 5 minute walk. There is a fishing pier and you can rent canoes.
• Nearby Attractions: The western boundary of Yellowstone National Park is just 18 miles from our front door.
40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
