Corner Unit off Ski Run.
This is a corner unit. All bedrooms have a window that look down the ski run. The living room and dining room look out to the Monanshee mountains and the Perfection ski run.
This is our home away from home condo that we are sharing. We ask that you treat it with the same respect you would your own. When leaving, please clean up as much as you can. This is a no smoking and no pets unit please.

Snow Skiing & Boarding
The Perfection run is just out your door and 3 floors down This unit is a ski-in/ski-out. Being on the 3rd floor, you can look down to 3 lifts; The Plaza Chair, Ridge Rocket, and the new Snow Ghost.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Cancellation 1 days (or more) prior to arrival 35 percent of all payments are refunded.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment Methods:
Cash, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Flexible times are possible upon request.
