• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Ski/ride directly away from the complex to either head down 'Humming Bird' run to the 'Ridge Rocket' lift or over to the 'Bullet Express' run.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a 2 minute walk out to and 2 minute walk back from the nearest shopping or dining.
• Lake is located within a 45 minute(s) drive. The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 18 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
