Bedroom

1 Queen Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Queen Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 2). These bunk beds are hand built with logs and are very sturdy! The bunks are staggered, so you can sit on the bottom bunk and not be under the top bunk. Bottom bunk has box springs and mattress. Top bunk has mattress only.

Bedroom

1 Single Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1).

Loft

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2).

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

• Kelowna International Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. It is about a 55 minute drive from Kelowna International Airport to Big White Ski Resort.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 60 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. There are several golf courses within an hour drive of the ski resort. There is a wide variety to choose from. Par 3 courses to Championship courses including Gallagher's Canyon, Harvest Golf Course and The Bear and Quail located near Kelowna's airport.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. A groomed ski run is just out front of this chalet. You can ski to and from the Snow Ghost, Ridge Rocket or Plaza Chairs right from the chalet!
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). There are several restaurants and pubs, grocery and liquor store, deli, movie rental and gift shops located within an easy 15 minute walk from the chalet on a lighted walking trail right outside you back door, or it is an easy 5 minute walk to the free shuttle stop!
• Lake is located within a 60 minute(s) drive. Lake Okanagan is about a 45 minute drive.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal
Cancellation Policy: Bookings made more than 30 days in advance: Renter has up to 48 hours to cancel without penalty. If canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the 25% booking deposit is kept. If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made, then all monies are refunded except the 25% booking deposit. Bookings made less than 30 days in advance: Renter has up to 24 hours to cancel without penalty. After the 24 hours, the full amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made, then all monies are refunded except the 25% booking deposit.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
