Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 150.00 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of at cost.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
