If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 20 percent of the rent.
The payment balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 14 or more days prior to arrival)
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
