Queen-Sized Wall bed : Excellent ski-in and ski-out.

This comfortable studio is tiled throughout. It is well equipped with everything you will need for cooking your meals. A quality queen mattress is in the wall bed; this frees up floorspace for your dining and entertainment times. The large wood posts (which are part of the building structure) add to the 'Old West' theme of the decor; along with a western saddle, plough horse collar and other features from that 'era'. Clean, cozy and comfortable, this studio unit has it's foyer door right beside the ski locker and the exit to the snow; just 10 steps to the snow to put your skis are on !!

• Parking Provided: 1 Outdoor. Outdoor stall has access to the secure underground parking area which has direct access to both elevators, and carts are provided to transport your luggage and ski equipment up to the 6th floor.
• Security Safe / Locked Storage Provided. The ski locker is in a ski locker room which is immediately outside of the unit's foyer. The ski locker room is between the unit and the exterior door to the ski hill. Skis and boards are tuned in a waxing room for the complex. There is a drying rack for ski-gloves (air circulated inside glove) in the common foyer.

Has a convection oven, which is like a convention oven but smaller. Electric frying pan. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and utensils a cook may need. It is also stocked with salt, pepper, sugar, paper towels, plastic wrap, foil wrap, wine glasses and coffee filters. The dining table folds down smaller for two, or can be expanded larger for daytime use.
Bed Summary
Studio
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The queen bed is a wall/Murphy bed that folds up out of the way. There is a 14' ceiling with a ladder to the 6'X 10' mini loft. The mini loft (3' clearance) has a double foamy. The bathroom in this unit is actually divided into two areas; the vanity room (sink and mirror) is part of the actual studio area, and the shower and toilet are in a separate room with a locking door.

The view from a large window is uphill (north) facing a snow slope with 'Moguls Trail' at top of the slope.

More Information
The entire unit has tiled floors. Has an 'Old West' theme.. hanging saddle and plough horse harness, a 'western jailhouse' style mini-loft (which kids really love). Located beside the ski in/out path for the Moguls complex; convenient for skiing by to pick up/drop off extra layers of ski clothing. Board games are stored in the foyer closet, with children/teen/grownup's videos. Enjoy the building's conveniences: laundry room with coin operated washer/dryer located on the sixth floor just down the hallway, and a 'games' room next to it, with Foosball and air hockey. There is a ping pong table in the hot tub area. This building has an emergency sprinkler system, back-up power, and two elevators!--rarely found at Big White.

Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Because the ''Moguls Trail'' is immediately behind the complex, you can ski/board directly out from and in to the complex. It is a fantastic ski in/out location as from the unit foyer to the snow, is just a few steps away.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a 4 minute walk out to and 5 minute walk back from the nearest shopping or dining. The gondola transports passengers from the Village Centre to the Happy Valley area and back again, from 8 am to 9 pm. The complementary On-Mountain shuttle for 05/06 runs daily from 7 am to 10:30 pm--it stops at 14 locations throughout the village and parts of Snow Pine Estates. It does not operate from 11-11:30am, 2-2:30 pm, and 8-8:30 pm.
Lake is located within a 60 minute(s) drive. The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 1 years old stay free.
• Check in after 7:00 PM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
