Location
Electric frying pan, a George Foreman grill and a coffee bean grinder. The kitchen is WELL STOCKED with all the utensils/pots and pans a cook may need (including a large stock pot); as well as with salt, pepper, sugar, tea bags, 20 herbs and spices, popcorn kernels, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, paper towels, wine glasses, coffee filters (for auto-timer coffee maker), cork screw, tea pot, kettle, garlic press, egg cups, place mats, baking sheets and pans, roasting pan, pizza pan, paper towels, dish washing liquid, garbage bags, recycling box, dish cloths and towels, etc---everything you will need for your vacation. The adjacent dining room has a handmade log table with glass top, and comfortable upholstered log chairs. It can accommodate up to 8. The kitchen is an open format to the dining room and living room; great for entertaining. (There is also a Kroconole board stored in the living room).
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master has a two-drawer dresser, clock radio, and a beautiful panoramic view over the village to the Monashee Mountains (see our unit photos for four partial snapshots of the view) . Pillows, sheets, blankets and new (2005/2006) goose down duvet supplied. Both windows have roller blinds. Memory-foam mattress topper added Jan 2006.
Loft
1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). The bed is a double fold out sofa ; sheets and blankets are provided (unless the guests prefer to bring sleeping bags).
Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). There is a TV with a DVD/VCR combo in this room, as well as a dresser, alarm clock, pine blanket box. This room is in the upper level which works well as a children's TV room when the parents wish to watch DVD's in the living room downstairs.
Bathroom 1 has toilet and one basin.

Bathroom 2 has shower and no basins. Bathroom 3 has one basin.
There is a spectacular view looking down on most of the village and out to the mountains in the distance. The clock tower on the Village Mall building is visible from the upper and lower levels. On most fireworks night, the fireworks are easily seen from the living room window.

More Information
View complex information and photos at Moguls. The view and ski in/out do not get better. The entire lower living area is tiled (the bedrooms are carpeted). The tile flooring is a comfortable temperature, because the unit is well insulated. Quality humidifier deals with dry air. Shower gel/shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer are supplied. Children's board games are stored in the foyer closet, along with over 30 misc VHS videos.
Five DVDs are available in the unit itself and movies are available for rent at the Big White Market and Deli in the centre of the village.
Moguls building has a laundry room with coin-op washer/dryer located on the same floor ... a 'games' room next to it, with Foosball and air hockey, as well as emergency sprinkler system, back-up power, and 2 elevators--rarely found at Big White. There is a ping pong table in the hot tub area--enjoy a soak after the slopes--and a dry sauna room.

#107238 and #107239 share the same foyer (common entry). #19, #193, #28276, #24130 and #12980 are located on the same floor of the Moguls complex.
Distances
• Kelowna Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. It is from 45 minutes to an hours drive from the Kelowna airport to the Moguls building. There is an airport shuttle bus available. For larger groups, taking a taxi is more economical.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. There is a wide selection of golf courses a 55-75 minute drive away. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Because the "Moguls Trail" is immediately behind the complex, you can ski/board directly out from and in to the complex. An outstanding ski in/out location; from the unit foyer you are just steps to the snow!....excellent ski in/ski out. Novice skiers can come back to the unit via the "ski out" route. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a 4 minute walk out to and 5 minute walk back from the nearest shopping or dining. This will take you the the centre of the village, where there are restaurants and shops, a newly expanded grocery store, bakery, candy store, internet access, coffee shop, liquor store, etc. A village transit system is also available at the resort, plus the gondola transports passengers from the Village Centre to the Happy Valley area(for dining, skating, ''''''''Megacoaster'''''''' tube town, and more) and back again, from 8 am to 9 pm. The complementary On-Mountain shuttle for 05/06 runs daily from 7 am to 10:30 pm--it stops at 14 locations throughout the village and parts of Snow Pine Estates. It does not operate from 11-11:30am, 2-2:30 pm, and 8-8:30 pm. • Lake is located within a 60 minute(s) drive. The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 7:00 PM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
