More Information

It is very important to check in no earlier than 3pm and check out no later than 11am. The only exception is to have an agreement with the building manager. He supplies the cleaning service between stays and guests who do not respect the check in check out times could be charged an additional night fee.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Walk 2 steps out of the door and put on your skis.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). There are many pubs and restaurants to choose from at Big White. Snow Shoe Sams is a popular choice. There is also a pub right outside the door step of this unit. You can find a great meal with anyone's budget.
• Lake is located within a 30 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Kelowna is famous for being the wine country of British Columbia. They have lakes, boating activities, rock climbing, mountain biking, hiking, beautiful mountain and rolling hill scenery in the summer. In the Winter there is skiing and snow boarding from mid November to mid April. There is sledding, horse sleigh rides, and snow shoeing all available at Big White and Kelowna. There are 2 other mountain resorts close by. One is in Vernon called silver star. Another is in Penticton called Apex resort.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $60.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
