Great Location, Easy access to ski/board park , Fantastic view. Great entrance area for storing and bringing in gear, a large living room area for entertaining and cooking. The unit is close to a ski/board park and easy walking to the village.There is a common/social area in the building. The view from the unit is spectacular. The evening fireworks can be seen from the living room. No stairs!or separate entrance to enter after ski or boarding. The locker and entrance is at ground level.If you have a vehicle you unload at the door and park in the covered parking underneath the building. |

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is 150 steps to the run. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the nearest shopping and dining is less than 10 minutes. • The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer The person renting the unit must be at least 21 years old. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
