The kitchen overlooks the large sunken lounge and dining area. It is equipped with all the necessary amenities for preparing and cooking meals. The owner leaves packaged & canned foods in the cupboard for their use. You are welcome to use these items if you find the need to, however, PLEASE REPLACE WHAT YOU USE BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

More Information

Please thoroughly read the policy information page before booking. It is strongly recommended that all visitors equip their vehicles for snow and ice (snow tires or chains). In times of heavy snowfall it may take some time before all the roads get plowed. Also, don't forget to FILL UP YOUR GAS TANK before you leave for Big White. There are no gas stations at Big White Ski Resort. The last gas station before leaving Kelowna is a Super Save Station located in the Black Mountain area which is just before heading up the hill out of the area. And the most certain area to get gas coming from Osoyoos or Grand Forks on Highway 3, is Rock Creek.

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Guest Authorizes up to a $1000 CAD charge on their charge card upon departure in the event of property damage. Damage includes, but is not restricted to: noise complaints, common or private property damage, excessive cleaning charges, lost or broken or missing common or private property items, smoking inside the property, pets inside the property & all charges relating to security company or police involvement regarding property occupant's behavior while in the property or on common premises. Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $25 per week (min).
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 8 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
