Timberidge has the MOST AMAZING VIEW of Big White. We are at the top, have an unobstructed 180 o View of the Village Center and Valley. This includes the Monashee Mountains to the the South East. Wake up in the early morning to see the sun come up over the Monashee Mountains... and later sit in the hot tub and watch the valley below light up as the sun sets in the west. Our unit is a corner unit ...so it has lots of sunshine through the large windows. Corner unit also has a larger deck , more room for sitting , BBQ , and Hot Tub

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
