• Parking Provided: 1 Underground. Parking is in two underground parkades. Park in any stall as there are no assigned parking stalls other than the building manager's. You must display your parking pass on your vehicle and there is a small sign on the fridge in the unit for this purpose. Parking a second "visitor" vehicle in the parkade is permitted if space permits. It must also display the condo number and if the building becomes full it would be necessary to contact Big White for overflow parking.
• Locked Storage Provided. Ski storage inside the unit along with a bench for boot removal. Extra storage is available in the storage room down the hall towards the elevator (keys in unit at the ski rack). Metal ski racks that accept ski locks, are in the parking garage. Guests supply their own locks. There is a ski repair and waxing room in the complex.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
