Please note our cleaning company would appreciate it if Guests could do the following:
-Load and run the dishwasher before leaving.
-Start the first load of laundry.

They charge an additional $125 if the unit is left particularly dirty.

Bed Summary

Master Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Master bedroom also has built in cabinets in closet, gas fireplace with remote control, sliding doors to patio and 40" LCD TV. Luxury ensuite has granite counter top, heated tile floor, heat lamp and decadent slate steam shower with 2 seats and double shower heads.

Bedroom

1 Queen Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). 2nd bedroom has large closet, 20" LCD TV. Ensuite off this bedroom as well with granite counter top and heated tile floors.

Recreation Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Very comfortable hide a bed in living room couch.

Bathrooms

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 has toilet and one basin.

View

Unobstructed views of the Monashee mountains from your unit. You also have a great view of the fireworks on Saturday nights.

Distances

• Kelowna International. Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. Shuttle service is available through Big White or contact the owner who may be able to provide pick up service that includes stops to pick up supplies on your way up for an additional charge.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Step out your door and you can ski down to the path right to the Ridge & Plaza chairs. Or you can walk to the end of the parking lot and ski to the chairs on the Woodcutter run.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Walk up to the village centre is 5-10 minutes depending on how spry you feel after your day on the slopes. Obviously the walk down is much quicker. You can also walk down to the Happy Valley area which is also 5 minutes and take the Gondola up to the village centre.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
