The chalet is laid out as 2 separate dwellings, but has an internal staircase so it can be used as one or two units. The ground floor is a 2 bedroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. The 1st floor area has a kitchen with a long dining table & chairs, living room with 2 sofas, gas fireplace and TV. The lounge area is a large airy room with lots of light and large picture windows, large comfy L shaped sofa around the TV and a gas fireplace. Double patio doors lead out onto the balcony with a hot tub and plus space to sit outside and admire the far reaching views. On the main floor is a bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom with bath tub and over head shower.On the top floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed as a queen and single on top. The configuration of this chalet makes it ideal for 2 separate families who are looking for their own space as well as space to be together.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash All customers must be named and ages given at time of booking. Release of Liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement. You are required to complete this form for each member of the group. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
