Primary renter must be over 25 years and must be the credit card holder. Upon arrival the credit card used to book the property must be presented and confirmed as that of the renter.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In the village (5 mins walk away) you will find a small grocery market with a dvd rental section and a liquor store, various bars and restaurants and ski and board shops.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
All customers must be named and ages given at time of booking. Release of Liability, waiver of claims, assumption of risk and indemnity agreement. You are required to complete this form for each member of the group.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
