Awesome Chalet

This is a great chalet for two families or a group with lots of sleeping options! This chalet is the left side of a duplex building in Snow Pine Estates. It features a real "cabin" feel with lots of Pine Woodwork and a cozy gas fireplace faced with rock. The kitchen, dining and living room are very open and there is a deck off the kitchen area with BBQ. Downstairs, the recreational room has a Foosball table, TV and PlayStation for the kids. The private hot tub is also on the deck off the rec room. It has ski in/ski out access or the free shuttle bus stops just a few doors away!

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
If notice of cancellation is received prior to full payment then deposit is non-refundable. If notice of cancellation is received 15 days prior to check-in date, then deposit plus 50% of full payment will be retained. Only the deposit will be returned when notice of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to check-in date. Please note that we will refund 100% of your money if you cancel and we are able to fill your booking with another booking of equal value.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
