Full bright kitchen with everything you need. All the extras to make your stay more enjoyable-spices, condiments, coffee/tea/hot chocolate, sugar, flour.
1 King Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Twin Cot (sleeps 1). Huge master bedroom with Egyptian cotton sheets, flat screen tv, walk out deck. Awesome views of the monashe mountains from bed or the soaker tub in the ensuite bathroom. Roll out cot for small person if needed.

2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). large room with 2 wooden twin beds.
1 Double Futon Bed (sleeps 2). On main floor can be used as a den with TV or has a comfortable futon for sleeping.
Bathroom 1 has toilet and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 15 minute(s). Lighted walking trail from Snow Pines Estates right into the village.
• Nearby Attractions: tubing, skating rink, ski dooing, Happy Valley area just a 3 minute drive from the chalet.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
A $160 cleaning fee applied to each booking.

• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
