This kitchen is complete with most baking/cooking needs including some staples such as sugar, oil, vinegar, spices, hot chocolate, etc.
Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom is spacious and extremely comfortable. Relax with a good book or enjoy your favorite movie or regular cable TV viewing.
Living Room
1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Or, if you prefer, stretch out on the full length leather couch, relax in the reclining chair or curl up on the sofa while you recharge your batteries for another adventurous day at Big White!
Bedroom
1 Double Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single/Twin Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 2 Single/Twin Upper Bunk Beds (sleeps 2). Encourage the younger guests in your party to enjoy a television show separate from the adults or try their hand at TV games.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.

View complex information and photos at Ptarmigan Inn. The master bedroom has comfortable King sized bed with a 13" TV with VCR and large selection of movies to view. The second bedroom has a 20" TV with a Sony Playstation including several games. The livingroom has a 25" TV with a VCR/DVD player. The balcony attached to the unit has a couple of snow sliders. Others may be available for guest use. BBQ is allowed on the deck. There are also a number of board games, toys, playing cards, crayons and coloring books. The unit is supplied with some toiletries and a clothes iron. There is a hot tub, sauna and cool plunge pool conveniently located to the suite which includes change rooms with showers, washroom, large dressing area and coin operated laundry. Onsite managers ensure a clean building with ongoing support for a fun, family oriented atmosphere.

• Fifty five minute drive to Kelowna International Airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a wide selection of golf courses a 55 minute drive away. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a 2 minute walk out to and back from the 'Easy Street' run. When there is fresh snow, ski/ride directly away from the complex to either the "Hummingbird" run to the "Ridge Rocket Express" lift or over to the "Bullet Express" lift. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The unit is right next door to the grocery store, Deli, and one of the Ski shops. Also a three minute walk puts you in the Village Mall for rentals, tickets, sleigh rides, shops and restaurants/coffee bar. The Gondola is also located at the Village Center to take you to the Mega Snow Coater and Happy Valley Lodge. The snow tube park includes a large skating rink and rentals for kids' mini snowmobiles. Kelowna is 55 km away or an hours drive for larger shopping centers and grocery stores. • The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash Payment can be discussed and arranged directly to accommodate the timing of the rental of the unit. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
