1 Queen Bed (Lower Level of Bunk) and 1 Queen Bed (Upper Level of Bunk). These bunk beds are hand built with logs and are very sturdy! The bunks are staggered, so you can sit on the bottom bunk and not be under the top bunk. Bottom bunk has box springs and mattress. Top bunk has mattress only.

Den includes Playstation, complimentary Games and books. This chalet is very bright and elegant. It has some of the best ski access in Snowpine Estates! Serwa's is right outside your backdoor. NO WALKING to the slopes!

• It is about a 55 minute drive from Kelowna International Airport to Big White Ski Resort.
Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several golf courses within an hour drive of the ski resort. There is a wide variety to choose from. Par 3 courses to Championship courses including Gallagher's Canyon, Harvest Golf Course and The Bear and Quail located near Kelowna's airport.
Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). You can put your skis on at your back door and head down Serwa's ski run. This run will take you to the Ridge Rocket and Plaza Chairlifts. To get back to your chalet, take one of many ski runs back to the Snow Pines area and ski right to your back door!
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are several restaurants and pubs, grocery and liquor store, deli, movie rental and gift shops located within an easy 10 minute walk from the chalet on a lighted walking trail right outside you back door!
• Lake Okanagan is about a 45 minute drive.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal
Cancellation Policy: Bookings made more than 30 days in advance: Renter has up to 48 hours to cancel without penalty. If canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the 25% booking deposit is kept. If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made, then all monies are refunded except the 25% booking deposit. Bookings made less than 30 days in advance: Renter has up to 24 hours to cancel without penalty. After the 24 hours, the full amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made, then all monies are refunded except the 25% booking deposit.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
