A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment
or townhouse development.

View complex information and photos at Ptarmigan Inn. There is a cedar feature wall, large (8 seat) glass dining table and a coin operated washer and dryer in the building. As of March 2007, there will no longer be fuel (logs) provided for the fireplace. Guests will have to supply their own. Sorry but this is a strata decision and effects the whole building.

Distances
• Kelowna International Airport is approximately a 1 hour drive from Big White.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a wide selection of golf courses a 55-75 minute drive away. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There is a 2 minute walk out to and back from 'Easy Street' run. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to and from the center of the village (Restaurants,shops,etc) takes about 2 minutes. • The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer Payment must be received and cleared prior to check in. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
