2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). This bedroom has a dresser. The beds can also be pushed together to work as one bed.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Closet, dresser, 2 night stands, queen size bed, with sink, tub and shower.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin. Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
This townhouse does not have views but has windows throughout to give lots of light.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Unit is ski-in and ski-out. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). The unit is 10 minute walk down the mountain to village where there are several restaurants, a grocery store and shops. The city of Kelowna is one hour away by car where there is everything you'll need.
Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of negotiable. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Discuss w/ Owner may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
