This condo is less than 5 minutes to the Big White Village which offers shopping, dining & entertainment and all your grocery needs.Our condo is perfect for families or couples looking for a great ski vacation or a weekend getaway. Enjoy this warmly decorated 1 Bedroom/1 bath condo unit year round & feel right at Home!The complex includes a indoor hot tub and indoor swimming pool. There is a pub and a restaurant located in the building complex, and minutes to the Big White village. Big White school is now opened.There are coin operated washers & dryers in the building-located on second floor.

• Kelowna International Airport is approximately a 1 hour drive to Big White village.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a wide selection of golf courses a 55-75 minute drive away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Because 'Perfection' ski run is immediately beside the complex, you can ski/board directly in and out.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest shopping / dining /grocery store & Big White center village
• The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
