• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. Ski or ride out onto 'Easy Street' ski run and head to the Bullet Express, Ridge Rocket or Plaza Chairs. Direct access to night skiing. Excellent ski and and ski out.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). The walk to the village center takes about a minute, and about two minutes to return.
• The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
