We supply laundry soap, bleach and fabric softner.Unit is 5 years old, (built in 2000) has hardwood floors and slate
entryway. There is a set of walkie talkies in the unit for guests to use on the ski hill.The hot tub has outdoor speakers that you can listen to music with or watch T.V. from the hot tub.

If you want to drive into Kelowna is about 40 minutes. • Lake Okanagan is only about 40 minutes away.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer For New Years,and some occasions, a $500.00 damage deposit is required. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
