Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit Visa, Mastercard and direct bank deposit are all processed through PayPal. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pencan be provided. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00PM and 9:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
