Renovated November 2008 with Views of Big White & Monashee Mountains With fabulous views of Big White and the Monashee mountains this clean, comfy and cozy condo has a lot to offer inside as well. The winter fun antiques & fire place add a touch of rustic ski chalet that is sure to warm your heart. Great ski in and ski out access while being located in the village center close to all that Big White has to offer. Along with the terrific skiing and activities my daughter and I also enjoy playing one of the many board games provided (check out the games trunk)and cuddling with a book in front of the fire place. We hope for you many cherished memories. |

Special Conditions
My condo has been recently renovated in Nov 2008 with new flooring, painting, countertops, some furniture etc.. Some new photos have been put on the site. Guests are responsible for any damage. No smoking. No parties. No pets. This is a quiet building.

Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). Mattress on Queen size bed is one year old and very comfortable. Bunk bed mattresses are foam, 2 years old and also comfortable.
Living Room
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Hide a bed sofa is one year old and very comfortable. The mattress was upgraded to provide for more comfort.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

From the balcony you have a beautifull view of mountains & the village center of the resort.

Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 2:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
