Great location, only a hundred yards to Village Center Mall, with mountain view
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This three bedroom unit sleeps ten people and has one of the best locations in the village. Facing south and looking down to the clock tower, it is only a two to three minute walk to the village center, stores and several restaurants. Walk thirty yards down the road to the ski run and a choice of two lifts. The high pine vaulted ceiling with huge beams and posts make this a comfortable, convenient and popular family getaway. Enjoy the six person hot tub, that is shared with only one other unit.
Park your car and walk everywhere.

Private deck, as well as partly covered deck with shared hot tub. Built in 1999-Silver medalist in the year 2000 Thompson Okanagan builders award. Entry is on the second level shared with one other unit.

The walk to the centre of the village (restaurants, shops etc.) takes about 2 minutes.
Snow Skiing & Boarding
30 yards down the road to and from the ski runs. Two minute walk to village center mall and ticket office. Several restaurants within 2-5 minutes walk

Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented., The refund is reduced by a minimum cancellation fee of 100.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Credit Cards are generally only processed during winter months or for overseas guests. We prefer to accept payment via cheque.
