Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash Credit Cards are generally only processed during winter months or for overseas guests. We prefer to accept payment via cheque. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
