Living Room
1 Queen Murphy/Wall Bed (sleeps 2). The new, comfortable, easy to pull down wall bed is made up and ready to use. Simply pull down by the handle, folding down the attached leg, add the pillows from the bedroom closet and you are ready to get a good nights sleep. When putting up, tuck the bedding into the bed frame, remove the pillows to store in the bedroom then fold up the leg as you put up the bed.
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The queen size bed has a cozy down quilt.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
View
The view is to the south, facing the Whitefoot Lodge. From the balcony you can see the Village Centre Mall, village activity and the top station of the Gondola.

There is a wide selection of golf courses a 55-75 minute drive away. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). There is a 2 minute walk out to and back from the 'Easy Street' run. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. There is a 1 minute walk to the nearest shopping or dining. In the building next door is the Mountain Mart, for various groceries and a Liquor Store, as well as a Deli that serves hot and cold meals, desserts and has a deli counter with fresh cold cuts, etc. • Lake is located within a 45 minute(s) drive. The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash We accept personal cheques in Canada only. For out of country guests we accept money orders or bank drafts in Canadian funds. At this time we do not accept credit cards. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
