• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). There is a wide selection of golf courses a 55 minute drive away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are located on the Hummingbird ski run which is lit at night. Since our unit is a ground floor corner unit, you can literally knock on the kitchen window and get a cup of hot chocolate from your friends inside!
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are located less than 5 minutes from shopping and dining.
• The drive to Okanagan Lake in the summer months is 55 minutes.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
