This half duplex was designed with families in mind with 2 separate living rooms both with TV's. The family room also has a Playstation 2 with several video games and board games.

Distances
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are several golf courses within an hour drive of the ski resort. There is a wide variety to choose from. Par 3 courses to Championship courses including Gallagher's Canyon, Harvest Golf Course and The Bear and Quail located near Kelowna's airport.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The unit is situated just off the ski run and you are able to ski right from your back door. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). There are several restaurants and pubs, grocery and liquor store, deli, movie rental and gift shops located within a 10-15 minute walk from the unit on a lighted walking trail. • The drive to the nearest lake is less than 1 hour.
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 700 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal Cancellation Policy: Bookings made more than 30 days in advance: Renter has up to 48 hours to cancel without penalty. If canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the 25% booking deposit is kept. If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made, then all monies are refunded except the 25% booking deposit. Bookings made less than 30 days in advance: Renter has up to 24 hours to cancel without penalty. After the 24 hours, the full amount is kept unless a replacement booking is made, then all monies are refunded except the 25% booking deposit. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
