View complex information and photos at Legacy. Although this unit is on the third floor of a four floor building, there is no suite above, therefore this is a top floor unit. It is immediately adjacent to the elevator for easy access; payphone, pop and ice machines are on the first floor directly in front of elevator.

Distances
• Kelowna International Airport is 45 minute drive.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a wide selection of golf courses a 55 minute drive away. • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). No walking required. You can ski in and ski out directly from the complex. Step out of the back door by the ski locker room and you are headed down the run to the Ridge Rocket Express or Plaza Chair. Ski back in through the village, through the tunnel and to the building. • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). It is an 8 minute walk up into the village for shopping, dining, ski and snowboard rentals, repairs, purchases, etc. There is a free gondola lift from the village down to the Happy Valley Lodge for more incredible dining and Starbuck's coffee. At Happy Valley you will find outdoor skating, a tubing park with green, blue and black tube hills, kids ski area, snowmobiles etc. In the village there is also a convenience store, liquor store, Deli, and stores for all of the snowboard and ski clothing and equipment you could need.
Payment Details
All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 40%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 7:00AM. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
