Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 100.00/pet will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
